In more severe cases the sash window frame has begun to rot and it will need to be repaired with skill and care on a like for like basis using timber as close to the original as possible.

Sash window framework restoration is mostly carried out from the outside of the building after the service and draught proof has taken place. We will always do our best to carry out this work using tower scaffold where possible to save customers requiring scaffold.

All new timber is well primed and sealed on the sash windows but a painter and decorator maybe required to paint to full spec within six months.
